    Built the pipeline where a model reads a startup's pitch deck and answers factual questions about it. Separate code turns those answers into an evidence score and an investor match.

  • CherryPitch / Auth and access control

    Built authentication for a multi-tenant marketplace from scratch, with approval gating, role-based access, and tier-gated permissions enforced at the API layer.

  • Conic / ML and Intelligence Software Engineer

    Built a production retrieval pipeline over client PDFs and Word documents, so the AI's analysis is grounded in each client's own material.

I run the engagement from the first scoping call to production rollout.

At Conic I am the solutions consultant and engineer for enterprise and civic partners. I run discovery, present the roadmap, and build what we agreed on.

  • Conic / Technical Consultant

    Worked with partners including Bloomberg Associates, Southern California Edison, and several municipal programs, presenting technical roadmaps to executive and non-technical audiences.

  • Conic / Admin portal

    Built the GraphQL and React portal that lets client administrators configure their own data mappings and permissions without opening a ticket.

  • UC Irvine SOAR / Technical Liaison

    Represented the department to the university's IT team, aligning a new platform with existing infrastructure and standards.

I map how the systems talk to each other before anything gets built on top.

I work out what a team already runs, what we are proposing, and where the two meet. Then I build the connection and secure it.

  • CherryPitch / Service architecture

    Split transactional email into its own Cloud Run service, secured the service-to-service calls with Google Cloud IAM, and walked the two internal teams integrating against it through onboarding.

  • Conic / Feature mapping

    Mapped what already existed in each client's systems against what we proposed to build, in both directions.

  • UC Irvine SOAR / Platform

    Built a full-stack platform from zero with Next.js, React, and Node.js, fitted to the university's existing technical infrastructure.

I explain technical work to people meeting it for the first time.

I build the system, then work alongside the people adopting it. I took technical writing courses alongside my degree, and documentation is part of how I ship.

    Onboarded two teams onto a service I built. Watching where they got stuck taught me more about its contract than designing it did.
